Instructions for Live Stream Classes

HOW TO REGISTER AND ACCESS INDIGO’S LIVE STREAM CLASSES

We are using the ZOOM protocol for creating and accessing our Live Stream Classes.  The web browser client for Zoom will download automatically when you start or join your first Zoom meeting, and it is also available for manual download, if you prefer, at https://zoom.us/download. 

To  receive the  links for the Live Stream Classes your Indigo MindBody Login/Account  must be set up BEFORE YOU COMPLETE THE CLASS REGISTRATION to allow emails and/or texts for “Account Management” and “Reminders & Schedule Changes.  Please contact us if you need assistance at Info@indigowellnesscenter.com.

Registering for our Live Stream Classes

 

Registering for a class is easy.  You register online the same way you would for any Indigo Yoga class.

You can register either via our website (https://indigowellnesscenter.com/ and click on Yoga Schedule) or directly in the Mind Body System.  Once you complete either of these actions, the Mind Body System will automatically generate a confirmation email and/or text to you with the Zoom link you need to access the class.  (Don’t ignore or delete this, it’s important!)

To assure you get this communication,  please make sure of three things:

  1. Your correct email and phone information are set-up in our Mind Body System
  2. Your Mind Body account is set-up to allow for email and/or texts.  Please make sure this is set-up in the following categories 
    A. Reminders & Schedule Changes  
    B. 
    Account Management.
  3. Check to make sure your email/ phone is not blocking (or sending to your spam) Indigo  emails or texts.

If you signed up and did not immediately receive an email or need help with updating your account as noted above, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. 

Accessing the Live Stream Classes

 

At least five minutes prior to the start of the class you can either click on or copy and paste the Zoom link into the URL address bar of your Browser. 

Zoom will ask you to register by providing your name and email.  (We need this information to assure your attendance and thus, pay our teachers, appropriately. So we appreciate you taking this extra step.)

Once you have completed this step, you will be directed to a registration approval page and provided a link to click on which will take you directly to the meeting.

It might take minute to access, so stay with us! You will then be asked to  “Join with Computer Audio” (“Call using Internet Audio” if you are on your phone)  Click on this button and Join Audio.

This should take you directly into the meeting.

Cancellation Policy

 Due to scheduling concerns, cancellation policies are now in place for both the
In-studio classes and the Live Stream classes:
 In-Studio classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours prior to the start of
class this allows other students to fill vacant spots.
 Live Stream classes must be cancelled at least 30 minutes prior to the start
of class.
Class reservations may be cancelled online by logging into your MBO account
(the link is above). Failure to cancel a class will result in your being charged for
the class as if you had attended.
